Eco Cabs have hit the streets of Toronto. The two seat cabs which are driven by bicyclers and sponsored by various companies such as Lipton, are running in downtown Toronto. In addition to be super friendly to the environment the taxis are ad supported which makes them free to the public! The drivers (peddlers) generally ride short distances and make some dough from the generosity of customers who take on the free ride. Riders definitely should tip because that’s quite some work lugging around people and the big caboose of a carriage behind the bike.
